HEARTLAND CABINETRY AND FURNITUE, INC. ("Heartland") warrants that any product manufactured by us or purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for a period of (1) One Year following installation.

Miter Door Cracks
Cracks can appear over time in miters and joints due to changes in humidity and climate related issues.
This a natural occurance and can be touched up by the cabinet finisher.
Cracks where door panel meets the door frame
Cracks can appear over time due to changes in humidity and other climate related issues that have caused the door panel and frame to shrink or swell at differing rates.
This is a natural occurance which can be touched up by the cabinet finisher.
CABINET ADJUSTMENT
Heartland adjusts the cabinet doors prior to job completion. However, cabinet hinges stretch or wear over time which could cause future alingment issues. This is why Heartland uses cabinet hardware that can be adjusted to re-align the doors.

DRAWER GUIDE ABUSE
Heartland only uses heavy-duty drawer slides. However, these can still be overloaded or re-attached improperly causing damage to the slide.
The ball bearings will break or fall out when this occurs. This damage is not covered by our warranty.
